Cameroon Association for Bible Translation and Literacy - Courte biographie
- Tanyi Eyong Mbuagbaw is a Cameroonian by birth. He obtained a Masters degree from the University of Port Harcourt in 1988 where he taught for a while before returning to Cameroon. In October 1990, he became a member of Cameroon Association for Bible Translation and Literacy (CABTAL) where he worked as a research linguist and assistant language program's coordinator in collaboration with SIL in Cameroon. He left for the US in 2001 where he is a resident. While in Cameroon, his research work was based on three Cameroonian languages: Kenyang, Denya, and Mbuko. He also did research in literacy and adult education.
