Dagfrid is sick of long restrictive skirts, silly-looking ear buns, and most of all, eating fish. She sets out to find something, anything else, but as soon as she's made land, she realizes that the land is not uninhabited - it's full of girls (all named Solveig or Astrid) and sheep! A cultural exchange ensues, where Dagfrid teaches the girls how to catch and dry fish, and they teach her to care for sheep (and cook and eat them, and use their wool to knit). Dagfrid sails home with two sheep, which initially terrify her village, but she allays their fears. Very short, very funny!… (plus d'informations)
