Big Ernie is a cat who with his little boy Henry has a daily routine. One day Henry tells Ernie that they are moving and Ernie watches as all of his things are put into boxes. They go on a long drive to their new home and Ernie notices that this is nothing like their home, after getting adjusted Ernie decides to give this new home a chance and realizes that there are many similarities to his old home. This book discusses the feelings that a child may go encounter through the cat's point of view, and that while it may be new and different, they will find new adventures in this new place.

A great book about a little boy and his cat who have to move. It shows all the emotions one might go through during this time. It is cute because it is talking about the cat and how hard it is for him. A great book!
Ages 3-5 and up.
