Billy Martin has 35+ years basketball officiating experience for IAABO Camden NJ Board 34 and most recently with Cumberland / Cape Board 196 in Southern, NJ.

He previously served as Board 34’s Supervisor of Officials for the 300- member organization and was responsible for official’s ratings and education.

In the business world, Billy has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience, and currently works with Salesforce.com, the industry leader in Customer Relationship Management and Marketing tools.

Billy holds a Master’s Degree in Education (MEd) from The College of New Jersey specializing in Sports Medicine and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix in Technology Management.

Additionally, Billy is a collegiate fast-pitch softball umpire for the East Coast Softball Umpires Association, along with being a scholastic umpire with West Chapter 5 and the USSSA of Southern NJ.
