Dana Littlejohn

Dana Littlejohn has done again! She has captured me wholly with this story and hooked me on her work once again. I had the fortunate opportunity to read Releasing The Baggage last year, and was super exciting to take on a new story by her. I was really pleased with her work once again, and loved every minute of reading this amazing, romantic, and often funny story!

Jade and her best friend Kelley are forces to be reckoned with. I absolutely adored both characters. I loved Kelley's wittiness and vivaciousness. Jade's character was amazing. She's a strong, independent young woman who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to go for. The trouble is....her meddlesome, yet loving mother. Mama dear wants her to find a man, settle down, and give her some grandbabies, as a women should. However, Jade has other plans for her life, especially after recent ex boyfriend.

Until she meets Mike Davis at a meet and greet. Oh la la, he's to die for. I really started to drool over him the minute Jade met him. That is, until mama dear introduced Jade to the amazing Steven Jones, tech sergeant in the military. I love a sexy military man and Steven really fit the bill. Watching Jade with Mike and Steven...I was actually rootin' for both men! They were both super hot and really made the story stand out.

If you love funniness in a story, and a well written plot line, then Dana Littlejohn's 4 Book worthy Behind The Wings is PERFECT for you. She's hook you from start to finish and take you on a fantabulous rollercoaster of laughs and love with this romantic story, with an ending that will leave you with a smile on your face. DEFINITELY recommended and I can't wait to get my hands on another Dana Littlejohn novel!

I'm new to Dana Littlejohn's work. She is truly a talented author, though I will admit, I had a bit of trouble in the first couple of chapters. I found it a bit hard to follow along with Linda, Frieda, Pumpkin (yep, that's REALLY her name!) and Jerri's back and forth banter about men and marriages. But, after pushing through the beginning, I was pleased to be captured by both the plot and the characters!

I totally got Jerri's character. I'm divorced and look at marriage almost exactly like Jerri did. I loved being able to fully connect with her character like that, to the point where it felt like I WAS Jerri. And, when she met Felix....well, I quickly became attached to him too!

And oh, what a kind hearted character he was! I totally felt for him after learning what his ex-wife did to him. I wanted to wrap my arms around his oh-so-sexy- Latin self and give him a HUGE hug!

But, Felix and Jerri had to let go of their personal baggage that they carried and embrace their feelings head on. Will they realize it's forever or will they hang on to the doubts and run the other way?

Throw in a murder twist with TWO unexpected events for an ending, and this is one steamy, suspenseful romance worthy of 4 Books! Ms. Littlejohn has made a new forever fan out of me. I highly recommend this book and I look forward to more of her amazing work!… (plus d'informations)
