4.5 stars///2022- upgraded to 5 stars per resolution because I keep re-reading and enjoying this.

Oz is let go from his job when he catches his boss/boyfriend with another man. He is desperate to find another job, and applies on one in the country at the encouragement of his best friend. He never expects to get the job, because he doesn't feel as though he has the qualifications, and when he gets to the interview, he is assured of this fact. As such, Oz is a less than perfect version of himself in the interview, and actually gets the job.
He heads out to the wilds to help an Earl turn his estate into a tourist destination. When Oz meets the Earl, who insists on being called Silas, he is determined that this time he will keep things professional and actually finish the job that he started. It's really hard, though, when Silas is the best man that Oz has met.

Awww, man. I loved Oz and Silas together. They brought out the best in each other, and were there for support. Even though they had different personalities, they fit together well. Their first meeting was really sweet (and funny), and I really liked the fact that Silas and Oz were just themselves.
