Barney Jopson

I am interested in business case studies and this provides a lot of detail on Amazon's business model. This book is a quick read. It is also well researched and well written. I feel like the authors are unbiased and present the views of both supporters and detractors of Amazon. The only thing I didn't like is that it is still very obviously a collection of articles rather than a typical book. Since the book description says it was "specially updated as an e-book," I thought it would be more linear, but it is organized by topic rather than by the historical progression of the company.
