I only give this 2 stars because the points that the authors try to make are indeed valid ones. However, the written execution of their so-called "parable" is an embarrassment considering they are presenting themselves as experts in business and success. The book failed because it didn't guide the reader through the experience of understanding HOW and WHY the princples were important as a true parable would; it only wrapped the principles inside the package of a story. No AHA moments here.
