Suzanne Drentlaw Hellman

Tabitha is a woman who finds herself on a journey to America, without family or friends by her side. She wants to start a new life, so she leaves England behind and sets out on this journey. On board the ship she will meet Etienne Rousseau, a charming Frenchman, who wants to offer her a solution to her loneliness. But circumstances will take an unplanned turn and Tabitha will find herself in a small community, where she will slowly find friends. She will also find a rough around the edges widower named Lucas Hayes. These two men are very different, so Tabitha will have to decide which one is part of God's will for her life. It was an enjoyable experience watching Tabitha deal with both these men in her life.

I enjoyed my time reading this story. I know this story is in a "Promises" series, but each story is a stand alone story by different authors. So far I have enjoyed each story in this series. They are books I can sit down and read and immediately feel a part of the story. Glad to have found them and look forward to reading more in this series.… (plus d'informations)
