"A scarce souvenir produced for the luncheon for the Three Arts Women's Employment fund held at Grovesnor House on July 25th 1916. The fund was created to provide work for 'Artistes' unemployed as a consequence of war and was sufficiently worthy to attract attendance by Queen Alexandra that day. ... Not in OCLC or COPAC." (Pickering & Chatto, cat. 799, lot 6). Institutional copies at the Imperial War Museum (LBY K. 13 / 461) and Yale (D638.G7 T4 1916 Oversize). "With lighthearted illustrations and verse (in most cases, both) describing contemporary British notables, including a number of actors. The first two illustrations are signed by Burne-Jones; the rest by Hassall. The verse is apparently by Burne-Jones." (Yale cat.).
