Miles is suffering from an all day hangover at work. Just as he is about to leave his computer screen comes to life with pictures.
An enjoyable short story.

With premonition the hero reflects his years of working as a security guard. He constructs in three dimension the information at times is impossible to filter. He accepts a job from criminals. Descriptive tension and mystery build as wisps of his memory focus during life threatening events. As troubles arise, fans of mystery may find the ending surprising.

My husband, who is a pilot, also was amazed at some of the flying risks Mr. Griffen took which put himself, his plane and (at times) passengers at risk. For example, he lands on an island without knowing whether the land is suitable for a landing, and he flies into a country without a permit, which lands him and his wife in custody. This, I think, speaks to his sense of entitlement as a white person with money. More importantly, though, it speaks to his honesty in relating his story.… (plus d'informations)
