5) The sun is a great book about the sun and how it affects the planets in the solar system. The pictures in the book are stunning and give students a basic concept about space.
6) Students will write a paragraph in the perspective of the sun (first person point of view) and what it would be like. Students will touch on major points such as the characteristics, the purpose, and how you affect other planets as the sun. After the students finish their paragraphs, students will form small groups and will present to one another.
