As an author of Flash Fiction, myself [my stories which are mostly only five sentences long], I can appreciate what it takes to write stories which are quite short. Baron Frosti, in compiling his collection of 18 Flash Fictions, has given his readers stories which either have a twist at the end; or just ends somewhat abruptly, leaving them to envision what happens next or wanting to have gotten more story.
The author’s collection doesn’t dwell on a specific topic, instead each story deals with something different. The writing itself is essentially fresh and somewhat thought-provoking.
So, when all is said and done, I’m giving Mr. Frosti 4 STARS for his endeavor here, and wish he had given his readers more stories than he gave.
