Prevention Magazine Editors

I thought this book gave some good advice on managing menopause, from natural to hormonal to other techniques. I especially took note of the nutritional things that could be done. I try to avoid medications as much as possible. It's easy to read and understand. Each section had further resources, experts, phone numbers, and/or websites to possibly consult. I think this book is best suited for those who don't have a lot of contact with the OB/GYN, or don't have any close living female relatives who are older and have gone through this, already.… (plus d'informations)
