Aperture Foundation Inc. Staff

Founded in 1952, Aperture has been described by leading professionals as “…the most serious and the most valuable periodical in the photographic world; a permanent testimonial to the great photographers of our time; essential for anyone who takes photography seriously.” Starting with the first issue in 2013, the magazine will be redesigned editorially to offer a sharper, more focused experience of great photography in print, contextualized with smart writing by leading curators, art historians, and critics. The magazine will have a contemporary new look and will increase in page count, while continuing to be produced to the highest production standards.
