- J. T. Fleming (1952---) is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Weber State University with a B.S. in English as well as a B.S. in Anthropology. Mr. Fleming works as a technical writer and has published numerous stories as a community news correspondent with the Standard-Examiner in Ogden, Utah.
"Tracks of a Pigeon-toed Horse" and "The Obsidian Serpent" are the first two books in Mr. Fleming's western mystery series set in the Utah Territory of the 1860's.
Born and raised in Utah, Mr. Fleming is a member of the L.D.S. church and has hunted deer, elk, and gold in the mountains and deserts of Utah and Colorado.
With his wife and family, he lives west of the Wasatch Mountains, near the Great Salt Lake.
