- Ada Wentworth Fitzwilliam was born Lady Ada Charlotte Godolphin Osborne, one of nine children of George Osborne, 9th Duke of Leeds, and his wife Hon. Frances Georgiana Pitt-Rivers. In 1901, she married Hon. William Wentworth FitzWilliam, and after his death remarried in 1922 to Sir Harry Robert Boyd. Her short book
Jacobean Embroidery, written with A.F. Morris Hands, was published in 1912.
