I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Well written and intense with a wonderful storyline. Nicole and Hedio are both tragically broken from war. He lost a leg, she lost her husband Ty, and part her body was shredded from shrapnel. She meets him through her mother-in-law, he was her husbands best friend and he ran support meetings for people with PTSD. There is an immediate reaction between them, but Ty is a spectre in their budding romance because both loved him and felt like they were betraying him.
