If you're an ice cream lover like I am, this book is for you. Not only does she travel around the country eating ice cream, she goes into the history of ice cream, gelato, soda fountain drinks, the history of soda, etc. Very good research. I learned a lot about what goes into it and other things I never knew.

The types of flavors that she tried are unbelievable with bugs, foie gras and many others that I would never try.
