This book was brilliant. Disney supplies just the right amount of tension, keeping you turning pages once you start. I loved the depth the characters had, and even though I know nothing about MMA fighting, it wasn't hard to follow along with the story. I'm not always big on sports romances, but this one falls in the sweet spot of just the right balance of sports, romance, and life. Highly recommend.

All the magic of classic underdog fighter films (Rocky and The Karate Kid spring to mind) with a powerful lead in UFC featherweight champion Eden Bauer, and a worth opponent (and so much more!) in Brazilian brawler, Brooklyn Shaw.
The fight scenes are edge-of-your-seat riveting, intimate encounters are scorching hot and the will they/won't they angst is torturous (hardly-a-spoiler: its a romance novel, of course they will).
Other reviewers have said this needs to be a movie, and while I appreciate the sentiment and I'd love to see this story played out, I think we'd lose too much of Eden's inner thoughts in the process. Instead, as many as readers as possible need to pick this book up, red it, love it and tell a friend!
