Not really about charismatics, but the church in general. The theme is the importance of focussing on outreach rather than petty squabbles, or even wonderful worship and praise.

Well-written, and easy to read, with some very thought-provoking chapters towards the end. A tad repetitive in places, but overall well worth reading by anyone who is part of a church, particularly if you feel that it's become too inward-looking.
