I would not recommend this because I don't think science/research is behind what she recommends avoiding during the detox, especially if you are a vegetarian. Completely avoid this if you are a vegan because she does not have any recommended proteins for you in here during the detox. This is basically a low carb diet. When carbs are part of a whole food diet (meaning you are not eating processed food), they are ok and are actually good for you! Moving on.

Driections are given also and nutritional info per servings: size, total carbs, dietary fiber sodium, sat. fat, total fat, trans fat, cholesterol, protein, mono fat and calories, sugars.
