The publisher produces the Dying Earth RPG, and at first glance this looks like another Dying Earth RPG supplement. Actually, it's a supplement for the D20 system (which looks like a new name for Dungeons and Dragons TM) - This book converts a list of Spells and magical items from the DE RPG system to the D20 system. If that's what you want, then this is great.
