I suspect this is one of those books that warrants a second read or finds greatest value as a springboard for projects in progress. In first read, I found value and left a lot of bookmarks, but didn't come away feeling overwhelmed with ideas and enthusiastic urgency.

A light-touch guide to the ins-and-outs of website design projects from a UX perspective. It's geared firmly toward junior staff or those unfamiliar with user experience design.

There's some good stuff in there, but it's very basic, and if you've ever worked at a web agency in a UX or consultancy role, it's unlikely you'll take a lot away from this book.
