A cute beginning book with a surprising variety of things to draw for what it is. The fantasy section includes things like trolls as well as unicorns and a prince. The there a could different horse breeds along with the horse poses, cute stylized animals, and people and characters. I personally feel that the book could get away without being specifically marked for girls, but the designs to lean towards that stereotype a little.

The drawing stages aren't as in depth as some other books, but give a general idea of simple outlines to more complex details.½
