This book is practical and to the point. I like how Niall has used a story to get the points across. If your work involves selling then you must read this book. Persuasion is an art and this book will teach you how to persuade and be in control of the communication. The only thing which needs improving is the proofreading otherwise I would have given it five stars.

For many people, while they have no problem making friends, the problem was they cannot influence the key people like their boss or girlfriends. I read this book many times. It made all the difference in human interactions, and I made the transition to a people person to the point where I can handle anybody and have developed strong leadership skills. This book is unique and best of its kind. In my opinion it is still the best.
