Eine völlig vorhersehbare Geschichte wird mit einigen Verwicklungen künstlich in die Länge getrieben. Die Hauptperson Rachel ist abgrundtief unsympathisch, der dazugehörige Mann Hector aber ein Engel auf Erden. Er liebt sie also ohne wenn und aber.
Ich fand das Buch nur an wenigen Stellen lustig und würde es nicht empfehlen.

I don't often give up on a book. Usually, once I start reading, I'm in it 'til the end. But I just could not get past the first 75 pages of this book.
The writing style was SO annoying to me, and I didn't like the main character at all. Reading this book started to feel like a chore. So I gave up and took it back to the library.

Hector was a great character.
