Lovely little book with history and information on different teas. Lots of recipes for cookies,etc if you plan to have a tea.If you like afternoon tea,this is a great little book.I loved the photos of tea table displays.

Nice collection of hints and tips as well as the classic recipes for high tea, nursery tea, tea in the garden and beside the fire and of course afternoon tea - that's the one in the drawing room with cucumber sandwiches.

Very useful book to have if you love baking and having friends round for tea.
