You've got to be kidding me. I just used my free book of the month for this and the story was, at best, about 10 pages long. It took me a whole 5 minutes to read. I was just saying too how Girl on the Moon was loaded with material, if that's how this book was, it wouldn't be so bad but it wasn't like that at all- essentially nothing happened. I feel cheated lol- What a rip off!
Loved it! There are quite a few space flights like the first book, also some fifth dimension travel and a little alien vs. human discord along with alliances.
Pauper by Jack McDonald Burnett is a well thought out book with a wonderful cast of characters and terrific complex plot. I love books with magic and what fun would it be to have 2 moons? I don't think I would like the social structure he lays out in this world but it is intriguing for the story. Great book and kept me interested all the way through. Lots of craziness and thought provoking ideas in here, glad they are not in real life. Maybe they are to some degree.

If you enjoy space exploration you should give it a try. In most books, they only make one trip into space but in this book, we got to experience- four? five? six? I lost count but it was quite a few which was fantastic since those are usually my favorite parts!… (plus d'informations)
