Gavin arrives at the ad agency where Kate works , as a temporary consultant, and makes her rethink her attitude to life, even though she has no expectations of a relationship with him. A sweet and festive romance with some laugh out loud moments. Great fun.

I do love a damaged heroine and I fell in love with Ruth who suffered from an accident that crushed her leg when she was a teenage, but therapy set in motion for her to become a romance author. Ruth had such a crush on Steve and after three months she decided to ask him out on a date, but he only had eyes for her gorgeous younger sister and ask her to put a good word for him! How embarrassing, good thing she never got the chance to tell him how she felt.

Who can resist Sean Hughes, a tall strapping Irish pub owner who had his heart ripped out three years go when Brid said that she wanted to move to Dublin before they got married and live big city life. Sean vowed to die a lonely old man before he gave another woman his heart, but then a wet to the bones and muddy Ruth knocked on his door.
