Humor is a very personal thing. And this just isn't my version of funny. I've met people who work in hotels who do a better job of telling funny stories than these authors. They also should not have narrated their own book.

Not really funny. Didn't hate it but felt there was really no purpose to writing this book.

I was expecting more of a narrative from this, but instead it is a fun book to browse through and dabble in. Read a bit here and bit further on. Attractive and inviting layout. Fascinating stories, funny insights. Good for bathroom reading. Fun to share. Thank you to Blogging for Books for sharing this title with me in exchange for an honest review.

A surprisingly good read! This book is full of anecdotal stories and quips from two concierges who work in various hotels in NYC.

Too many of these writings on this kind of subject seem whiny. Waitresses complaining about kids, bartenders complaining about mixing drinks, etc. Too often these kinds of people seem to forget that it's not the customer's job to make their lives easy and to hand out extravagant tips. Fortunately, this book stays away from that and takes pain to emphasize that they are only talking about those customers who are truly odd or mean. The title (which made me hesitate) is actually a lot meaner than the book itself.… (plus d'informations)
