I bought this on the kindle, possibly as a result of seeing the author mention it on a forum I read, but I don't actually remember doing so! Anyway I spotted it in my kindle library while on holiday a couple of weeks back and gave it a go. The story is an entertaining enough modern fantasy, but was let down firstly by slightly wooden writing, but even more so by bad editing. Large sections are completely muddled as to whether they're using historic tense or in present tense from the character's viewpoint - which thoroughly gets in the way. Still I pooled through it in a couple of days and I'm curious to know what happens next!… (plus d'informations)
