The book covers the personal journey and memories of Catherine Bradfield pre-World War 2 until the 1970s across England, Europe, India,Singapore, New Zealand and Australia. Her life in the Military during the war (she got in the wrong line at the Post Office and ended up in uniform) and afterwards as an hotelier and all those jobs in between. An amazing life journey filled with happiness, humour, tinged with sadness and also joyful reflections on life along the way.
