This book, written by an electrical engineer, was published in 1974. The illustrations are in black and white, the discussion of Faraday's electrical discoveries detailed. I bogged down in the middle because I ceased to be able to follow the electrical discussion really well. It is an excellent intermediate-level book about the great scientist.
