O. B. Borisov

A Russian can write an unbiased account of the Cold War, I naively thought. Well no, Borisov cannot. But cut the man some slack, he was writing in the midst of the Cold War, inside the Soviet Union. Just maybe don’t publish it in Canada. And put it in American college libraries. For unsuspecting undergrads (such as me) to stumble across and attempt to use for a paper until they realize hey, this author really doesn’t like the Chinese. Maybe I’m being tested.
