This dark comic draws the reader in from the very beginning with an insightful storyline and beautifully drawn graphics. The epic story of good versus evil is a fight for domination and backstory with the history is not overdone or confusing. The author is able to incorporate enough information to explain the plot while moving the story forward at a relatively entertaining pace, which may have been improved with the addition of more action scenes. The story did end abruptly, and left me wanting more and curious about the rest of the story.
