Jerome S. Blackman

Jerome S. Blackman, MD, is Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He has taught at Beijing University, Tulane School of Social Work, Virginia Wesleyan College, Old Dominion University, MIT Educational Studies Program, and Naval Medical Center-Portsmouth, and presented afficher plus at programs in Germany, Italy, China, and the United States.
