Heroan by Casey Bering is a story set in a “Wild West” setting about a girl named Cameron Hale who is out seeking vengeance for her murdered mother. Along the way, she meets Luke, who she teams up with, and Kinley, who becomes her pet wolf.

Although I normally don’t read books with similar settings, this was a really fun read for me. I loved how Cameron was never the “damsel in distress” who can be found in a lot of books promised to have a bad-a** female protagonist. Although Luke was valuable to her mission, she definitely saved him more than he saved her!

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves action and girl power books.… (plus d'informations)
