This is a good book for an elementary school student to learn about Pablo Picasso. It gives highlights of his life and shows different works of Picasso, explaining how his life influenced his art. The book includes a timeline of Picasso's life and a glossary of different art terms used in the text. It also includes suggested reading to learn more, and locations to see Picasso's artworks.

Dinosaur Babies by Leonie Bennett is a good nonfiction introduction to dinosaurs. The book tells about how big dinosaur eggs and babies were. It also tells a little about where eggs were laid and what baby dinosaurs ate.

This was a very simple book, but because I don't know much about dinosaurs, I did learn a few things.

This would be a good book for Pre-K through second grade. The teacher could use it in a unit on animals and their babies, or a unit just on dinosaurs.
