Poetry is a difficult thing to review. What strikes a chord with one person completely misses its mark with another.
Everyone has a definition of what is poetry and what a good poem sounds like.
The poems in this collection appear to be written from deep within the heart of the poet and clearly most are taken from real life situations in their past.
But, for me, the whole collection seems full of sadness and while I can clearly see that the author has bared their soul these are not for me.
I'm sure I'm in the minority and that others will love these however I prefer poetry to be more upbeat, fun and quirky.… (plus d'informations)

This was a cute, almost-friendly, book. I could relate to parts of it, but not others, and found it had more depth than sometimes initially presented.

I absolutely loved this and totally related in a lot of way. I didnt-couldn't stop reading. This is an amazing person and author. I would definitely recommend this to everyone and can't wait to read more from this author.
