The rating on this says it all

This book brings absolutely nothing new to the table. It is filled with generalized ideas that are minimally expanded upon and that have been recycled thousands of times over in a variety of mediums. On top of that a few of the 'suggestions' in this book are at best uninformed and at worst downright dangerous.
DO NOT make your own DIY skincare at home. I would go as far as to say: Don't buy things that advertise they're natural/clean/chemical-free. Do your research and practice critical thinking.


The only good thing I can possibly say about this book is that it had some pretty pictures. Otherwise, waste of paper and time.… (plus d'informations)
