This book was alright. Here's the synopsis, in a nutshell:

A writer attends the opening of a play that was made from his book. There, he meets a girl who believes he has written the book about her. He winds up engaging in an act with her he wouldn't want his wife finding out about, and regrets it imediately. He returns home, trying to get back to life-as-usual. But the girl has become obsessed with him, and begins stalk him,trying to ruin his life (a'la Fatal Attraction).

From there, the events are what one would expect in that situation. Although the ending was nothing too original, I was surprised (I certainly wasn't expecting it).

The writing was good, the plot (while definitely overused) was alright. It's something like Fatal Attraction meets Misery.… (plus d'informations)
