Uprisings: Whole Grain Bakers' Book par Michael Arthur
This belongs with the Moosewood, vegetarian section as much as with baking. It gives good technique for whole grain vs. white flour baked goods and is written in the same 'homey hand-drawn' style. Uses honey, molasses instead of refined white sugars. Would go for this one if I suddenly had any extra flax bran or non-wheat ingredients.
