I had to locate the book about 2 months ago via email to read on Kindle, or PDF on devices. However, this book is taking me quite a while to read since it is not grabbing my attention span. It is not flowing for me. A story about children headed to the cross, sharing how people move and/or operate in Ghana, especially when going to church. Yet, I haven't gravitated to any character(s) which can be overwhelming since so many to keep up with. Until 80 pages in, believe Akos (female) and Alex discover their parents are good-old friends, and may have an interest into each other but she is forced into an arranged marriage. I will try to finish to see if it changes my stance on the reading or storyline as a whole.

This was an interesting read, I have never read anything like it before. It's a multiple POV story, so keep that in mind as you read that the characters in the book will all have a turn to tell their story. It kept me interested from the beginning and it's completely original. There was humor, drama, emotions, romance and action...everything needed in a good book.
