A biracial scientist, artist, photographer who was born and lives in Scotland, she delves into her maternal family history as she explores the forest around her and follows the lives of migrating birds, the changes and evolutions of their patterns. She contemplates the concept of home for humans, birds and other animals. Her focus is also much on the margins, on neither being either/or.
