Leonid Altshuler M.D.

An interesting read, but more memoir than guide. It's a short book, and a quick read. It's mostly a recap of Altshuler's time in Nepal. I was expecting more of an introduction to the Akashic record, or more meditation focus. If you enjoy quick memoirs then you'll enjoy this!

A fast, highly informative read based on the author's own health experiences.

This book mentioned things that I didn't know of before, or didn't even consider. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has the issues mentioned in the title. The information in this book might put you on the right track healthwise.
