I'm so disappointed. I've wanted to read this for a while because I loved the poem that serves as the description for the paperback version of this A LOT. I expected poems about existential crises and being alive but it ended up being nothing but poems about romantic love and boring poems at that. I feel like I just read 125 pages of the same poem just jumbled together differently. I snorted at loud at one poem that was literally just "Clothes are overrated and so is sleeping." Okay my dude.

I often find it difficult to enjoy the traditional types of poetry. ;(semicolon) is a breath of fresh air for me, with poems that are often simplistic yet emotionally fulfilling. I earmarked several of the poems that I felt especially strong about, which left me with about half of the book ear marked.
This book is refreshing and different. I greatly enjoyed reading through it.
