I was hoping this would be more informative than it was. Still a good read for any Harry Potter fan though. 4 out of 5 stars. (

Quidditch Through the Ages
Somehow I'd never read this before now. An entertaining hour's read with a few "I see what you did there" moments.

The Tales of Beedle the Bard
This one was a reread. The best part about these is absolutely Dumbledore's commentary on each of the tales. I think "The Tale of the Three Brothers" is by far the best (but that could be because that's the one that's actually part of the HP story). I enjoyed "The Fountain of Fair Fortune" too, and "The Warlock's Hairy Heart" actually made me say, "Yikes" out loud at the end.

A fun supplement to the Harry Potter books. These were published with proceeds going to different charities. They read like textbooks (especially the Quidditch one), but in an absolutely fun way. (

I enjoy getting lost in the magical world of Hogwarts. The images created and the situations described allow the reader to believe in the unbelievable. (
