Trouble removing a favorite author

This may not be the place to ask this question; however, I'm not sure how to contact the LibraryThing webmaster.

I've repeatedly tried to remove an author from my profile and even though it's listed on the author page as not being a favorite anymore, it still shows in my list.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
