An amiless youth experiences a Traumatic Brain Injury and relearning everything over again that resets his priorities that gets him on the path to discover the educational system, life, and God... It is based on a true story and was written/published for anyone who is going or has gone through this type of injury.

If this is a true story, why did you write it as semi-fiction ("based on")?

I mean I think people might like to read your book but how would they know the actual parts from the fictional parts of the account? Your photograph is graphic. But your treatment of the subject disrespects your account, turning what may be an learning experience for the reader into a fetching ploy as though to promote your book at all costs. Autobiography is very tricky. George Bernard Shaw said he did not believe in it, because one had to "lie" if true. He never wrote one, but he did at the end of his life say something about the truth of his (he died at 93 yrs old)! However Michael Holroyd wrote a superbly written account for him -- Holroyd is a Master: it takes a Master to take on the infinite details of a complicated life of thought and action over 93 years and keep a sense of straightforward story-telling that invites trust. It would have been easy instead to invite disbelief, considering the incredible life of his subject.
